I’ve been BOO-ed!
15 Oct, 2012. 4 Comments. A Day In First Grade, First Grade, Uncategorized. Posted By: Kristen Smith
My good friend Heidi from over at

My (Not So) Elementary Life

Boo-ed me today! How fun!! If you have never visited her blog you MUST go see it. She is one awesome gal. If you remember my post about Sight Word Of The Day (that I literally use EVERY day) she is the creator of that wonderful pack.

Remember this cutie:

That packet is from my friend Heidi!

But I digress….

Here is how it works:
1. If you’ve been booed, copy and paste the above pic and these “rules” into your post.

2. Give a shout out to the blogger who booed you and link back to their site!

3. Share 3-5 October activities, books, products (yours or someone else), or freebie(s) that you love!

4. Share the Boo love with 5 bloggers- make sure you check this link to make sure you don’t boo someone again:

And don’t forget to tell them that they have been BOOED!

Link up {here} so that others can find you and read about your October ideas!
And while you are there… check out the other great blogs!

Here are my 5 shares:

1. My first graders are currently LOVING my Spooktacular Math and Literacy Centers!

It is full of activities that fit perfectly with an October theme!!
2. We are also really enjoying learning about bats!
I  have a packet out that has really been helping us learn about them!
Feel free to check it out and come back later on this week to see all that we are doing!
3. I am SOOO excited to use Kelley Dolling’s Adjective Pumpkin Craftivity and Reading and Writing Centers!
Check this out!
My kids are going to love making Pumpkins with their adjectives!!
Click on the pictures to go to Kelley’s blog and to her product!!
4. The fourth October item that I could not live without is a PUMPKIN SPICE LATTE.
Mmmmmmm it is a good day when I get to enjoy one of these!! (I might have to stop tomorrow morning now that I am craving one again!)
or if it is evening I am a huge sucker for pumpkin beer!!!
Have you tried any of these?? They are my favs right now:
5. And lastly the fifth thing I love in October is the book The Pumpkin Patch Parable. I know many of you cannot use this book but it is a BIG hit in my classroom!!
Now onto the lovely friends I am Boo-ing! Make sure you head over and check out their blogs and their favorite October items!!!
